Box Spy is displaying slightly offset

Quick question, not sure if it should be a bug report or not.

I have 4.0.0.81 and everything works great except for the Box Spy. With it enabled, and the browser set as IE, it displays the content / margin / and padding outlines slightly offset. It looks about 4 pixels down and 4 pixels to the right on every Div that i mouse over. Tried it on several different pages with Div's, same problem.

I have IE 7.0.6001.18, FF 3.5.14, Vista 64-bit SP1.
