If you are looking to buy a web server SSL certificate, then I highly recommend buying it from K Software:

They resell Comodo certificates at very good prices and have great service as well.

They also sell Comodo code signing certificates which I use to code sign CSE HTML Validator. If you are interested in one of those, then you can learn more here:

I just wanted to re-iterate my recommendation for SSL certificates and code signing certificates from K Software. I just renewed the code-signing certificate I use to sign CSE HTML Validator and again got great service from Mitchell Vincent.
