Can't Load CSE V12 Lite

I am unable to install v12 Lite. I see a popup, that disappears, and poof the installation is gone. I tried to install several times, but no such luck. Is this a problem on my side, or something else?

Hello,

Are you using any of the software listed in the below link?

KNOWN ISSUES with 3rd Party Software
