Can't use SHIFT in keyboard shortcuts

If I want to edit the keyboard shortcuts, I can not use SHIFT.

In "Standard Actions" it is not recognized at all.
In "Custom Text" and "Editor Shortcuts" it is recognized as CTRL or sometimes, when I edit an existing entry, as SHIFT+CTRL.

I am working with a German keyboard layout on 5.0.0.87. But I guess, SHIFT should be the same.

Btw editing the keyboard file (.dat) by hand is working fine.
