highlight bounding box border /area or compound selector

If we preview an html page and open an attach css file ,
1 does put the mouse cursor in the selector { } higlight all the box that use this selector in the sizzle or css engine do ?
2 does click inside a element of the html page show highlight wich css compound is use . Sometime the same <htmlta id"idselector" class="classselector"> are define more than once in the same file and sometimes in another file with different attributes)
