We've introduced a new service based on CSE HTML Validator Lite! This is like our older online validation service, but it has been enhanced and has its own domain name now.

A new free service at OnlineWebCheck.com (http://onlinewebcheck.com) helps websites fix syntax and other problems and be seen correctly by search engines. Most websites contain HTML syntax problems. Some of these problems can be severe and even affect a website's ability to be indexed properly by search engines. Damaged or missing search engine listings can greatly affect the number of people coming to a website because many websites are discovered through search engines.

HTML problems can also cause trouble for visitors. While a website might look fine in one particular browser, HTML and CSS problems can make it look heavily corrupted in another web browser. This is especially important today because many people are using alternative web browsers like Opera and Firefox.

UPDATE 2008-08-19: Improved to increase speed and capacity with a new server. Also updated to use a pre-release version of CSE HTML Validator Lite v9.0.
