Update Your Email Address
IMPORTANT SPAM INFO: If you think that you might not be able to receive email from us, then please check your spam filter settings (if using one). Be sure any spam filters you are using accept mail from support@htmlvalidator.com or *@htmlvalidator.com. Contact your ISP if you know you are having trouble receiving our email. Some ISPs may mistakenly block legitimate email because they think it is spam.
Your email address is one of the most important items contained about you in our registered user database. If your email address changes from what is recorded in our database, then we need to know about it so that we can update our database and you can take advantage of future CSE HTML Validator upgrades as well as automatically have your registration information emailed to you if you ever lose it.
To update your email address, you'll need to fill out one of the following forms.
- If you know your registration number and registration PIN, then your email address can be updated immediately if you fill out the Automatic Email Update Form. You should be able to find your registration number and registration PIN number in the email that you received when you purchased CSE HTML Validator. If you can still receive email at the email address currently in our database, then you can have your registration information (with PIN number) emailed to you. After you receive your PIN number, you can come back to this page and use the Automatic Email Update Form to update your email address.
- If you cannot use the Automatic Email Update Form, then please fill out the Manual Email Update Form. Normally, a manual email update request will be completed within 48 US business day hours.
