What's Included in PS&M?

Priority support and maintenance (PS&M) for one and two year periods are now available! This includes priority support for technical support questions as well as guaranteed free major upgrades during the priority support and maintenance period. This includes:

Support questions for licenses with priority support will receive priority attention and special handling compared to basic support. For example, more telephone support may be available if desired (depending on location and hours). Please be sure to indicate that you have purchased priority support when making a request in order to make sure that your question is properly prioritized.
You'll receive free upgrades (both major and minor) to all major new releases of the product that you have active PS&M for. If any major releases become available during the time that you have active PS&M, then you will receive that release for free, even if your PS&M expires before you are able to download the new release.
Guaranteed access to any BETA versions we make available on our website.

How to Buy PS&M

To buy PS&M, simply go to the upgrade page and enter your email address to see what upgrade options are available for your license.

If buying new licenses or upgrading, then PS&M can be purchased at order time. For example, PS&M can be purchased when upgrading to the latest version or when upgrading editions (moving from the standard to the professional edition).

If already licensed for the current version (pro edition), then priority support and maintenance (PS&M) can be added for $49 for the first year and $69 for the second year without an additional version upgrade charge.
