Editor Options, Fonts and Colors Page
•Choose Font - Press this button to change the font that is used in the editor. You can select a monospaced font (also called a fixed-pitch or a non-proportional font), where all characters are of equal width, or a proportional font (also called a variable width font), where each character in a font may be of a different width. A monospaced font is customary and recommended. The default is Consolas 11pt if available, else the default is Courier New 10pt.
•Font Color - Press this button to change the editor font's color. Note that changing the color has an effect only if syntax highlighting is disabled or not available for the file type being edited. The default is navy.
•Background Color - Press this button to change the editor's background color. The default is white.
•Line Number Color - Press this button to change the color that line numbers are displayed with (if line numbers are visible). The default is black.
•Highlight Color - Press this button to change the current line highlight (background) color. The editor line that the cursor is currently on will have this background color if the Highlight current line option is enabled. (New v9.0)
•Focus Color - Press this button to change the focus color that is used to temporarily highlight lines so you can more easily see the line you should "focus" on. (New v9.0)
There is a color scheme file in the installation folder at ParserSchemes\color\default.xml. You may want to make a copy of this file and edit it. Point CSS HTML Validator to your custom color scheme file by setting the registry value "SchemeFileV190" in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\AI Internet Solutions\CSE HTML Validator v4\FileTypesAndParsers\V9_COLOR_default to point to it (using the full path).
