OK, I got the submenus back by uninstalling TS4, manually deleting all the configuration files in c:\Documents and Settings\user\Dane aplikacji\Bradsoft.com\TopStyle\4.0\, and reinstalling. I don't understand why the menus disappeared in the first place though

Hi Stefan, I am seeing the same behavior, except with .php files. When I open a php file in TopStyle, that same download dialog box appears.
