Ignore browser specific CSS

Is there a way to ignore browser specific css? Something like cseignore.

I have two IE hacks, one shown below.

The "f\loat" property is not a recognized style property. Should this property be "float"?

Proprietary properties will exist for a number of years and probably even be carried into new versions for compatibility so they need to be accommodated. If you ignore properties that begin with a dash then that would apply to any future new properties. I wonder about # 2. What if someone is using s...

After initially enabling link checking how do I now disable it for batch mode?

In the editor link checking both boxes are unchecked. In the validator link checking all boxes are unchecked. What else do I need to do?
