Re: Auto Reload

I looked and looked through the options but totally missed that one Albert!

Indeed, that is exactly what I was looking for.

Thanks.

Auto Reload

Hi Albert, Is there an option in the beta, or version 11 for that matter, that I can set so CSE will automatically reload a preloaded document when it detects the document has been changed by another editor? If not, that's an option I'd really like to see in version 12, which I haven't downloaded ye...

Re: Texting around tables

Or float the table or individual images and let the text wrap around them?

Upgrade and syntax colors

Hi Albert. I've installed the latest pro version, and it seems to work fine, however during the installation my custom syntax coloring scheme seems to have been replaced with the default. It was trivial for me to restore my custom syntax colors because I always maintain a copy of my customized defau...

Re: Best graphics program?

I've been using the Photoshop since 1996, which is also when I started doing web sites. Once I got onto the Photoshop, which took a few years, I was quickly hooked and wouldn't want anything else even to this day. Right now I'm using CS5. It has way more bells and whistles than I care about, but it'...

Re: Checking links generated by JavaScript

Yes, that's exactly what I'd like Albert. :) I'm afraid the majority of my clients wouldn't understand the results of a batch wizard report though. They depend upon me to break every single technical anything down into plain simple English for them. "You have a bad link, and this is it" they underst...

Re: Checking links generated by JavaScript

Hi again Albert, I dredging this topic up again because I have a follow up question/feature request. After sending a text file of links to CSE which validates them, is there a way I can copy or somehow output the list of bad links to the clipboard or external file? That would be handy because then I...

Hey thanks for that Albert, I'll give that method a try tomorrow morning. :)

Re: Checking links generated by JavaScript

Thanks Albert, That's kind of what I thought. I did check and Likno doesn't have a link validator but I just thought of a kludge I can do to check the links with CSE another way. FWIW I store all the links in a non JavaScript text file before I insert them into the JavaScript program. I can just cop...

Checking links generated by JavaScript

Hi Albert, The recent discussions about link checking have prompted me to start one more thread about it. I sometimes use programs, often by Likno, to generate different kinds of JavaScript menus. An example of which can be seen at the link below where I'm using their Accordion Builder. The only pro...

Re: Anyone use Google Custom Search Engine (CSE)?

Albert one of my clients (http://www.visitwesterniowa.com/) uses it and they really like it because they just had me renew the service for another year. However last month I had more problems renewing the dang thing than I did setting it up in the first place. I finally had to contact Google support...

Re: Please keep layout settings when updating Topstyle

I store my settings in a new layout instead of Default, so it only takes about one second to restore my customized layout each time TopStyle is updated.

Just as an aside, all of my clients newsletters are in pdf format, so this problem isn't an issue at all for me.

Re: Forward Slash Error (v10.01 Pro)

I would imagine the error is caused by the two slashes between "files" and "ORD%2013868.pdf"

files//ORD%2013868.pdf
