Hi Albert, I am getting the following error on an infrequent basis while checking links with the batch wizard using the cmdlineprocessor. Note that I am downloading our web site on a PC, and then using the batch wizard to do separate validation and links checks reports. It doesn't happen with the sa...

Re: Validator settings in Firefox

Here is a quick solution First create a batch file. ex: CSE-Validator.bat Create it with the following line if you are using CSE version 11 on your C drive. "C:\Program Files\HTMLValidator110\cmdlineprocessor.exe" -o %1 Then in the Firefox address bar enter about:config Click on the I'll be careful,...

Re: Batch Wizard Report

Albert,

I just installed and tried the newer version you sent me and it corrected the summation of documents summary totals per report.

Thanks again.

Batch Wizard Report

Hi Albert, It seems when doing a Validation only report, the count in the Documents with no errors or warnings count will include the folders name. The same when doing a Links only report, the count in the Documents that do not have bad links will also include the folders. This was noticed, since su...

Re: Adding a label to RSS posts categories

Yes ALbert, it would help.

Adding CSE to 2 entries in the CSE forum and adding TopStyle to 2 entires in the TopStyle forum would do it.

Thanks.

Daniel.

Re: Adding a label to RSS posts categories

Albert, It does exactly has your are saying. The problem here is that you have 2 BETA Discussion category, one in CSE and one in TS . Also the Category Bug Reports relates to TS , while for CSE it would be under Technical Support . It happen on a few occasions. that I was looking at the entry in Bug...

Adding a label to RSS posts categories

Hi Albert,

I am checking the RSS feed regularly and it would be helpful to know from which group the post is coming from.

Like adding a
WD for Web Development Talk
CSE for CSE HTML Validator
TS for TopStyle
for example.

Thanks.

Hi Albert, We have moved to a new network infrastructure and I have less permissions ... browsing web sites is limited. I am still able to check the internal and external links correctly but not the mailto's. Here is the error I am now getting: DNS problem with "tbs-sct.gc.ca" (9501: No records foun...

Re: batch wizard and background images

Albert,
The newest version is finding those links.

Note that I had to go to the primary alternate download site to get v11.0011.

Thanks.

Re: batch wizard and background images

Albert,

Can I download a trial version to test it, since we would need to upgrade our licenses to use V11.

Daniel.
