If anyone else is following this thread and using BETA 2B or 2C, is the Help->Check for Updates function working for you? Thanks! Sorry for being slow. Using Beta C (yes I finely figured out how to loaded it). Help -> check for updates works as expected. Reasonable wait time given the latency of my...

Re: After validation, editor returns to original line

Cheyenne wrote:Is there a way that, after Validation, I can have the document return to the current line I am working on?
Before you validate the file set a bookmark in the editor (Shift+Ctrl+#) then after validation you can return to the bookmake.

Albert it is a true story. none of the links check. This is not new to BATA 2B. I went back to BATA 2A (cse90195) same problem. I tried "links only" as well as validate all. Both absolute and relative links fail. return the same [error computing path] ( link in code); Status [not checked] URL tested...

Yes, but do you have an other solution to the original 2005 post?

It would be nice to have but the support and development effort can't be justified. I agree Albert. I am using an application that tries to include a FTP function. It works fine most of the time. However, the ISP for one of the domains I support has established a SFTP which the app's FTP function c...

How many files do you have open? Mine appears to work developing different list of comments/errors for each file tab.

Are you looking at the error on line 150 with <h2 class="nav">Private Sector and Other Governments</h2> not inside a "li" element as you did with the "h2" on lines 133-136? V9.01 finds the error on line 150 "[47] The "ul" element may directly contain only the "li" element. The "h2" element is n...

"roedygr" could you give some more details. I just tried and it seemed to work fine. When I opened the Validator there were 4 files/tabs visible. selected "validate all" from the drop down menu, after a second, a little window popped up saying "The 'Validate all' results are..." Then list the result...

Albert,
Results must vary. I followed the uninstall/install guidance and have not experienced any problems. (OS Vista)

DAH.

I think you are confusing what I said with what I meant! You are of course correct.

As for the spelling, I can't help. Based on my skill level I must have taken english as a second language.
