I replaced
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
with
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" xml:lang="de" lang="de">
and the message "warning" no longer appears.

what makes me as a German user for a purpose, German ("Old" Std German) or German ("New" Std German)

umlauts and special characters.
