I've thought about it, but I think you're the only person who's ever asked. I think most people use tools to create their feeds and wouldn't make use of an RSS checker. But it's always a possibility for a future enhancement.

I have tested the feedvalidator.org and it reminds me a lot of the w3 html validator. I like CSE a lot more because I find its messages as more descriptive and it is easier to understand what to fix. With feedvalidator and W3's html validator I get a feeling that I should RTFM first...
RSS Validation in HTML Validator

Now we are three--I would also find this VERY useful if integrated in HTML Validator.
Also nice not to have to go online to validate.
