Opening file in IE is slow while editing a file

Hi fellow users,
Do other users have the following problem too?
I have had this since version 6.52 and it is getting worse.
I have a file open in HTMLValidator.
Then I doubleclick on an HTML file in Explorer to see the contents in Internet Explorer.
It takes about 6 seconds before the file opens.
It is only slow if:
= the file open in HTMLValidator is an HTML file (so not if it is a .CSS file or any other extension)
AND
= I made some changes in the open file
In all other cases opening the file in IE takes less than a second.
This is a really annoying issue for me, because I tend to open files, and test them in the browser at the same time.
This is not an issue with low memory or a slow machine.
It seems to be some kind of locking issue.
Thanks,
Ron
