Anyone use Google Custom Search Engine (CSE)?

I've been revamping the CSE HTML Validator website and was considering using Google's Custom Search Engine offering:
http://www.google.com/cse/

interesting... seems it is still in beta.

Does anyone here use it? If so, how do you like it? What are the pluses and minuses?

I am also not sure if enough people use the search on our site anyway, and for those that do, if the CSE results would be much better. I wouldn't mind not having ads on the search result pages though.

Thanks.

Albert one of my clients (http://www.visitwesterniowa.com/) uses it and they really like it because they just had me renew the service for another year. However last month I had more problems renewing the dang thing than I did setting it up in the first place. I finally had to contact Google support to manually create a shopping cart entry for my renewal (pressing the Google checkout button only refreshed the page, it didn't go to checkout) and then I was finally able to renew it.

But it works pretty well for my client. The way I configured it in the above link, where the search results are shown at the bottom of the page, was the best way I found to use it for that particular client.
