CSE HTML Validator v17 will recognize "shrink-to-fit". The current release (v16.05) doesn't but this message can easily be disabled via 'Exact Text Match':

The viewport value may be incorrect. It should be a comma-delimited list of valid viewport properties and values. Details: unrecognized property "shrink-to-fit".
