I thought I would mention this free handy utility here because I would imagine web developers (as well as a lot of other users) would find it quite useful. I certainly have.
Basically, when you want to load a program, you just hit Alt+Space and then start typing in part of the name of the program you want to run. When it appears, you just hit enter. This is much better than searching a crowded Start Menu for the program you want to run.
Launchy has become one of my favorite small utilities!

Does anyone here use Launchy besides me? I still find this program incredibly useful.
It's up to version 1.25 now.
Also, their website now says Launchy has won the SourceForge community choice award for best new project.
