Hi !

I have 2 questions :
1.- I'd like to find the email address syntax rules;
2.- I'd like to know how to retrieve the top level domains list on the fly.

1. You'll need to search Google for email address syntax rules as we do not have a compiled list of rules available.

2. This is the top level domains that CSE recognizes (also see http://www.icann.org/registries/top-level-domains.htm):
