Top Style is a very nice product - I have been enjoying using it for testing & developing. For the CSS Validator, open your stylesheet in Top Style's editor, make it the active document in the editor,
then select the "Tools |W3C CSS Validator" option from the menu bar.

Can't comment on the imagemap editor question, I'm new to the program too!
