I use TopStyle all the time, ever since it was an addon for HomeSite. I still use vs 2 lite for quick stuff and even forced HomeSite 4 to keep using it. Don't ask me how as I have totally forgotten. Even have HomeSite running on Win 10, hehe.

Just to note another Anti-Virus program, The one from Norman Securities is good as well, but does cost but one license will cover 3 comps in one house.

There is Thumbnailer by Smaller Animals. Alot of webmaster use the program. I know it is made for mass creating galleries, but it can also be sued for batch resizing as well.
