Ok, this being aesthetic, it seems less important, but commercially it would be a plus and certainly bring a lot more users to TS.
Mac apps look great. Windows editors all seem like I'm in Visual Studio, and TS, although being by far the best html/css editor out there, suffers from the same problem. It sucks and "demotivates". Of course I've seen this effort go to waste plenty of times, people try too hard to make it look pretty, and end up spoiling it all with shiny aqua buttons and !&@^%$! like that.
Coda and Chrome are very good references IMO.
As an interface designer, I'd volunteer to work on a new layout for TS.
