Spell Checker Thinks Semicolon is Part of Word

Post by syswriter »

I use semicolons in the middle of sentences sometimes.
The spell checker assumes that the semicolon is one of the a-z characters and tells me the word ending with a semicolon is not in the dictionary.
For example: files; is considered to be a misspelled word.
Please correct this so that a semicolon ";" is treated like a period ".".
