HTTP Error 12168: when validate HTML5 with W3C

HTML5 documents won’t validate with W3C anymore. Error pops up:

HTTP Error 12168: The HTTP redirect request must be confirmed by the user

To replicate error create new blank HTML5 page and click HTML - W3C HTML validator. Same document passing fine via direct input at W3C.
Previous HTML versions are ok. Even if change document headings to other HTML version is ok. I suspect it is to do with W3C update their validator this year.
