That's strange. I'm sorry for the trouble.

Can you try posting it again and then take a screenshot when it says it was successfully posted and send the screenshot to me?

Of course save the message text somewhere in case it happens again so you don't have to retype it again.

Has this happened to you as well? And if so, on this forum or on another phpBB forum?

Also, I've made mistakes before when I think I've posted something but actually never submitted it, perhaps accidentally hitting the 'Preview' button instead of the 'Submit' button.

No it have not. I run 2 phpBB forums for organizations if there is a problem (on either side of the screen) I would like to be able to explain/correct it.

Yes, preview/submit has been an issue for me when distracted etc.
