CSE HTML Validator Std 8.04/Pro v8.04 have been Released

Post by Albert Wiersch »

CSE HTML Validator Std v8.04 RELEASE and CSE HTML Validator Pro v8.04 RELEASE are now available to licensed v8.0x std/pro users.

If you have a v8.0 version installed, then simply install the v8.0 update over your current v8.0 installation.

Here is the revision history (what's new) for:

To download v8.04 (Pro):
http://www.htmlvalidator.com/htmlval/ph ... rsionin=80

To download v8.04 (Std):
http://www.htmlvalidator.com/htmlval/ph ... sionin=801

Hint: Load your current version and do an update check (Help->Check for New Program Version or Help->Check for Updates). This should open a browser window with your registration number and PIN number already filled out. Just select v8.04 and download.

IMPORTANT! CSE HTML Validator v8.0 drops support for Windows 95, 98, and Me. Now requires Windows 2000, Windows XP, Vista, or above.

IMPORTANT! A v8.0x key is required. V7.0x registration keys WILL NOT WORK with this new release. You can obtain a new key from the web site at
https://www.htmlvalidator.com/htmlval/p ... foform.php

An upgrade may need to be purchased. Please purchase one if necessary to support the program. You'll be able to use all future v8.0x releases.

If you need to upgrade to v8.0x, then you can do so here:

WAY TO GO on 8.0!

Looks like LOTS of new goodies, well worth buying an upgrade for Pro.

Congrats 1 more time!
