An interesting move from Search Engines

Post by MikeGale »

Search engines are seemingly going beyond simply reading HTML. They are having a look at what JS and CSS do to the content.

This may impact how you develop content.

Thanks Mike. That's definitely something to consider (as well as interesting).

It caused me to review my robots.txt file and I found that I neglected to add a path that I should have had... but it wasn't blocking JavaScript or CSS content.

This might be a good reminder for people to review any robots.txt files you may have.
