CSS nesting support in v24.01+

CSS nesting is a relatively new CSS feature/ability.

Support for CSS nesting is coming in v24.01, which is currently expected to be available by the end of February 2024, but this is not guaranteed. As usual, any user with a 2024/v24 license will get v24.01 and all other v24.0x updates for free.

Therefore we do not recommend that production sites use this new CSS feature at this time.
