Hello,
- Suggestion: In Batch Wizard window, use thousand separator (depending on OS locales: period or comma) for all total numbers when applicable (in top bar, bottom status bar, and also in html report...) : cf. screenshots.
This eases readability.
- Suggestion: In Batch Wizard window, at the end of batch wizard execution, add indication of number of links checked (as indicated at top bar during run, and also during execution). Also in the final html report, there is no mention of the number of links checked (if option "Link checked" enabled). This information is missing.

Re: Add thousand separator when applicable
UPDATE: I've implemented many (but not all) of your suggestions. I'm going to leave the line numbering alone (at least for now). The number of links is a little complicated because of the link cache. It could tell you how many links were in the link cache and how many were checked but this would not necessarily be how many were in the documents checked by the Batch Wizard so it could result in confusion. Regardless I've added a new message with link cache info in the 'Batch Progress' but not in the actual report itself.
I hope this helps!
