• Changing scrollbar colors is not recommended (and only works with IE). Scrollbars are part of the browser's interface, not the web page. Many visitors will dislike or be annoyed at their browser's scrollbars being changed. Be sure there's a good reason to change scrollbar colors if you decide to do so.
