AVOIDExperimentalNew in HTML5

The "hgroup" element represents the heading of a section and groups several headings. As of January 2017, the "hgroup" element still remains removed from the W3C HTML specifications (it was removed in early 2013), but it remains in the WHATWG version of HTML. It is partially implemented in most browsers but its future is uncertain, therefore it's recommended that this element not be used.
