Notes:
Colors are made up of three Hex Color digit pairs Red (RR), Green (GG), and Blue (BB) as follows: RRGGBB.
Each Hex Color digit value can range from 0 to 9 and A to F, and each Hex Color digit pair from 00 to FF.
Enter alphabetic letters as upper case or lower case. For example, FF is treated the same as ff, etc.

WHITE = FFFFFF, BLACK = 000000, RED = FF0000, GREEN = 00FF00, BLUE = 0000FF, NAVY BLUE = 000080

To darken a color, reduce FF Hex Color digit pairs to a smaller value.
For example, BLUE = 0000FF, DARKER BLUE = 0000AA or 000088 or 000066.

To lighten a color, add values for the other two Hex Color digit pairs.
For example, LIGHTER BLUES are 6666FF, 8888FF, AAAAFF, CCCCFF, etc.
